What Does coaching include?

When you sign up for coaching, we will first set up a time to chat so that I can get all the information necessary to write you a custom and detailed training and nutrition plan. Once you start your program, we’ll check in weekly, but you will have access to message me 24/7. Coaching with me also includes training performance oversight (form correction when necessary, etc.), access to our team group chat, and support throughout every step of your journey.


How do I get started?

Getting started is super easy! Reach out through my contact form or fill out my coaching application (‘apply to work with me’ button)— I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions you may have about signing up for coaching.

While my passion for fitness and my education in exercise and nutrition lay the foundation of my coaching, I believe that what sets me apart from the next coach is my devotion to my clients. This is much more than a means of income for me, it is my dream to be able to help others achieve their fitness goals. Coaching with me is all about teamwork, and I am committed to creating an effective, transparent, and reliable environment to not only get you to your goals, but to provide you with all the tools necessary to maintain the results.
